By accessing our website or purchasing our services you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services
We provide digital marketing, software development, CRM, outsourcing and related services as described in your order, proposal or statement of work.
3. Fees & payment
Fees are billed per your selected plan or quote, in the stated currency. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Late or failed payments may result in suspension.
4. Client responsibilities
You agree to provide timely access, materials and approvals, and to use our services lawfully.
5. Intellectual property
Deliverables transfer to you on full payment, except for our pre-existing IP, tools and third-party components, which remain ours or their owners.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant services in the preceding three months.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate per the notice terms in the applicable order. Accrued fees remain payable.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by applicable law in our place of business, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction.
