An uptime figure without a window is meaningless. Ours is stated over a trailing 90 days and moves as the window does.

Availability and durability are different problems. Daily off-server backups mean a bad day is a restore rather than a loss.
Built by a person
Every server is assembled and checked by hand before handover, which is slower than a provisioning script and catches things a script does not.
