Cancellation & Refund Policy
KRP Tech Solutions offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all of our services.
To cancel your account, please contact us at director@krptechsolutions.com We will process your refund within 30 days of receiving your cancellation request.
Cancellation
To cancel your call center contract, you must submit a written cancellation request to us at least 30 days prior to the end of your current contract term. If you cancel your contract less than 30 days prior to the end of your current contract term, you will be responsible for paying a cancellation fee of 25% of the remaining contract value.
Refund
If you cancel your contract more than 30 days prior to the end of your current contract term, you will receive a full refund for any prepaid fees. If you cancel your contract less than 30 days prior to the end of your current contract term, you will receive a partial refund of 75% of any prepaid fees.
No refunds will be given for contracts that have already terminated.
Chargeback
A chargeback is a dispute that a customer files with their credit card company or bank to reverse a charge. Chargebacks can be filed for a variety of reasons, including unauthorized charges, fraudulent charges, and services that were not rendered as expected.
If you are not satisfied with the services that we have provided, you may file a chargeback with your credit card company or bank. However, we encourage you to contact us first to try to resolve the issue.
How to file a chargeback
To file a chargeback, you will need to contact your credit card company or bank and explain the situation. You will need to provide documentation to support your claim, such as a copy of your contract, a record of your payments, and any correspondence that you have had with us.
If your chargeback is successful, your credit card company or bank will refund the charge to your account.
We hope that you will never need to cancel your call center contract or file a chargeback.
